Since the President of the league was unavailable, the Vice President of Administration approved the late registrations of 2 children.  The parents were informed that uniforms might not come in with the other girls because they were being ordered late.  They were also told their children cannot perform at games or competition until they had their complete uniform.  The parents agreed.
