The weather was also very good for the Jamboree. It also went smoothly and was a success.
It was discovered that Mike Walsh the A Coach for North Andover had had a Heart attack and was not doing well. His Father was the founder of the league. Danvers Youth Football would like to send out their best wishes for him to get well. Duke St.Pierre suggested that the league send him a get well card Tom Ladd agreed.
VIII. Schedule
The final schedule is on the web site except for October 22 for JVB and JVA. They are hoping to add games on that day.
VIIII. Officials/EMT
All Officials and EMTs are set for this weekend.
X. Snack Bar
Scott Nathan presented a report of his plans for the snack bar. The schedule needs to add cheering squads. Scott was approached by DALL that we could buy merchandize from them.
Scott Does not want a lot of kids in the snack bar. If there are kids it needs to be limited involvement. Kids cannot use hot machines and handle money.
Tom Ladd thanked Scott for his organization and enthusiasm.
Tom Ladd wants coaches to ask volunteering parents to come in ½ hour before their game. He also reminded coaches that the last team off the field needs to help break down the snack bar.
XI. Cancellation Procedures
If it rains on Friday all games may be played on the practice field. If games need to be cancelled, Tom Ladd will decide by 11:00A.M. He will then call all the head coaches, the head of cheering, Scott Nathan for the snack bar and Barry little to cancel the Officials and EMT.
Road cancellations the other team will let us know as soon as possible. Then only the head coaches and the head of cheering will be called.

The Riverside field is better but we are still looking for another field.
We would like lights at the high school practice field. Tom Ladd and Ron Hennessey are pricing lights. A proposal will be presented at the next meeting. Marc Palazola asked if we could share the cost with the high school. Tom Said that was not possible. The league will pay for the lights and the electricity.
