Player Registration - 2010 is open until 6/30/10.
Registration for the
2010 Season runs through 6/30/10.
Rates are: Individual - $100.00 &
Family - $140.00 (Plus Late Fee)
Registrations received
6/1 thru 6/30/10 date
will be assessed a $30.00
late fee. All registrations received after
6/30/2010 are subject to be
placed on a waiting list.

to download). This should be scanned and sent via e-mail, along with a
copy of your DRIVER'S LICENSE to Mike Mansfield
