Rt 95N to exit 74 (Topsfield Rd).  At the end of off ramp turn left and continue for 1.3 miles.  Turn right onto Elm St. and continue for 0.2 miles.  Turn left onto Middleton Rd and after another 0.2 miles, Captain Cashin Way will be on your right.
